Thirsting Souls Bible Teaching

(Heb 6:1) “Therefore leaving the principles….(2) Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.”  “The doctrine of baptisms” of which there are two: one physical and one spiritual. The spiritual is to come first, when we are baptized with the Holy Spirit putting us into Christ, at that moment giving birth to our own spirit, saving our souls. The second is to follow the first; a purposeful act of submitting to physical baptism, at which time our body is dipped into water signifying our identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus.
