(Heb 5:4) “And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.”  Unlike what Jews teach today, there was not a group of men designated priest before God appointed Aaron. These were said to be in service while Israel was in Egypt those 400 years. No. There were none until God appointed Aaron and his sons to that service.
