Thirsting Souls Bible Teaching

 (Heb 2:17) “Wherefore in all things it behoved Him to be made like unto His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.”   The Priest is needed because of the necessity of a blood sacrifice. Moses law was not given in expectation that any offspring of man could keep it (Rom 3:19). It was given to reveal to man his need of a substitute – a Savior.
