Thirsting Souls Bible Teaching

(Heb 2:16) “For verily He took not on Him the nature of angels; but He took on Him the seed of Abraham.”  Why develop a way to save man and not angels? I can only suppose for man there was some level of ignorance, whereas in the fall of angels there was not.
