CHAPTER ONE
(2Th 1:1) “Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:” Words have meaning. They are those known unto God before the foundation of the world (1 Peter 1:2). As Israel is chosen as a nation, those who repent and are saved are the chosen (elect) to be God’s temple in this present age (dispensation).

The second is that these blessings are all ours now awaiting us, as in the mind of God that we are already there, (Eph 2:6) “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:” Either way they are ours!
