Thirsting Souls Bible Teaching

(2Co 7:1) “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.”  The promise is this: If you and I will keep ourselves from close bonds with the lost:  (2 Cor 6:17) “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord,…”, this will be the result, (18) And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”. Therefore work  not only to keep oneself holy, but also to increase in holiness.
