(1Co 1:30) “But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:”  Jesus is made us to “righteousness”, which is referring to our position “in Christ” in order to be saved, since everyone has sin negating (James 2:10) their own righteousness: (Php_3:9)  “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:”
