Thirsting Souls Bible Teaching

(Rom 14:9) “For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.”  The context tells us “dead” is not referring to spiritually dead, though it is true that He is their rightful Lord. It is saying whether the saved here or having passed to the next life, we are His. We should not wait for the next life to live daily unto Him.  Our eternal life has already begun.
