Thirsting Souls Bible Teaching

 (Tit 3:4) “But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, (5)  Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration,…”  Is salvation a spiritual impartation of everlasting life, or a physical? Obviously it is spirit. Why then do some insert physical baptism for “washing”? The washing of the blood of Christ cleanses us from our sins: (Psa_51:7) “Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.”
